WHAT:
Making Time for Grief – a safe space to begin to move forward
WHERE:
Deschutes County Public Library (Downtown Bend Branch)

Bend, Oregon
Hutchison Room
WHEN:
February 8, 15, and 22nd, 2024 (three consecutive Thursday evenings) from 6:00 to 7:30 pm
WHY:
To develop a better relationship with grief and death by actively engaging with grief, to become more comfortable with the unavoidable incident of death in our lives (both of others and ultimately ourselves).
HOW:
Discussion (optional), reflection, journaling, and recommended reading
COST:
There is no cost to attend this workshop. However, space is limited and registration is required (see RSVP form below).
SUGGESTED MATERIALS:
Bring a notebook, pencil or pen. Writing required, sharing optional.
